1. What is the difference: Buy from CopperMine Tools, from Amazon, and from eBay?

As a buyer, you will receive the same product, warranty, and 30-day return guarantee regardless of where you choose to shop. However, when you choose to buy from CopperMine directly, there are several advantages. Your first advantage is our customer service experts are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to ordering. This helps to ensure that the machine you are purchasing, will be suitable for your operation. Another advantage of ordering directly from CopperMine is that we typically offer a lower price on our website than on any of the eCommerce channels! Lastly, we always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, so adding things like additional FREE replacement blades, or discounts can only be done from us directly.

2. How do I choose the right model for my wires?

To choose the best model for your needs, you need to consider things like your budget, the types of wire you have, the amount of wire you process, etc. Please click the "Choose the Right Tool" link to find out more, or give us a call and our technical experts will be able to point you in the right direction.

3. How do I order replacement blades or spare parts?

To order replacement blades please visit our replacement blades section under Machines. To order spare parts or replacement parts, please call us at 1 (855) 643-7491.

4. What is your return policy?

All of our products have a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days upon delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. Items must be returned in unused or as-new condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.


5. How does the warranty work?

CopperMine Tools warrants to the original purchaser that for a period of one year from date of purchase, all parts and components, (excluding blades), of the product are free from defects in materials and workmanship. To take advantage of this warranty, the defective part must be returned to our facility in Boston with shipping charges prepaid. We will repair or replace the part at our election and return it at our expense. The original sales information is kept at our facility to serve as warranty record. Warranty registration is not required. Some models may have additional restrictions on the warranty. Please view the description of the item for details.


6. Do you take payment other than credit card?

We accept credit card and debit card for online purchases. We also accept money order and check. Please email us for payment instructions.


7. I live outside the US. Do you ship to my country?

Amazon and eBay may have restrictions on countries regarding where we can ship our machines. However, CopperMineTools.com ships to most countries, if not all, serviced by USPS. As long as the item is within the weight limit set by USPS, we will be able to ship. Please select your country during the checkout process.
